Contestants taste victory at Chef of the Quarter

Cooks battled it out inside Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point’s chow hall, Aug. 23, 2019. Three food service specialists competed against each other at a Chef of the Quarter competition to earn the spot as top chef and the opportunity to compete at the MCAS Cherry Point’s Chef of the Year competition. Each contestant was graded by a panel of judges on taste, presentation, and decoration. This quarter’s winner was Lance Cpl. Jeremiah Truss.
