Annual MCAS Cherry Point’s Tree Lighting Ceremony

On Friday, Dec. 4, 2021, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, kicked off the holiday season with its annual Tree Lighting ceremony in front of the Main Exchange. The ceremony included the Wooden Soldiers from The Center of Performing Arts, the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Band, as well as Santa Claus! Participants had the opportunity to take selfies at the holiday selfie station, write letters to Santa, and snack on hot chocolate and cookies.
