Service members participated in the Circuit Rider Course (CRC) at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, July 24-25 2019. The CRC is the most advanced motorcycle course offered to Marines, Sailors and their families stationed at Cherry Point. The course teaches cutting-edge riding techniques to train the participants on how to deal with real world situations while on the road. All of the techniques are taught at real world speeds, giving the students a chance to familiarize themselves with the techniques while in a controlled, safe environment. This training is intended to reduce motorcycle mishaps for service members.

Marines assigned to Marine Wing Support Squadron 271 conduct forward arming and refueling point operations during the Weapons and Tactics Instructor 2-17 course near Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, AZ, April 29, 2017. The mission of the FARP is to provide fuel and ordnance necessary for rotary and fixed-winged aircraft while in a forward-deployed environment. WTI is a seven-week period of instruction that incorporates Marine Corps planning and implementation of advanced air and ground tactics through a series of escalating evolutions to produce certified Weapons and Tactics Instructors. Marines assigned to Marine Wing Support Squadron 271 conduct counter-improvised explosive device training during the Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course 2-17 near Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., April 14, 2017. This training educated the Marines on how to properly identify IEDs and the steps to take after finding one. WTI is a seven week training course hosted by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron 1 designed to provide standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications that support Marine Aviation training and readiness and to provide assistance in the development and employment of aviation weapons and tactics. Marine Air Control Group 28 conducts Marine Air Command and Control Systems Integrated Simulated Training Exercise aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Dec. 12 - 16, 2016.
