For 246 years, the U.S. Marine Corps has served and defended the American people and their way of life. Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, has shared in that responsibility for 80 of those years. U.S. Marine Corps Col. Mikel Huber, commanding officer of MCAS Cherry Point, would like to wish all Marines a happy birthday and remind them to celebrate our Corps’ history, and strive to become better Marines each and every day.
