Provide excellent customer service to pass and I.D. customers. Customer care is my number one focus.
What’s your favorite part?
My favorite part of my job is serving the public. I challenge myself to get through the lines with everyone satisfied.
What’s the most challenging part?
The most challenging part of my job is dealing with irate customers and being nice and passive with them. It’s really hard to deal with people that are coming in and using fowl language.
