Maj. James I. Petty during a relief and appointment ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, Nov. 6, 2020. Prior to his new position, Petty served as the sergeant major of Marine Arial Refueler Transport Squadron 252.
