Command Biographies
CLC-21 Company First Sergeant
First Sergeant Erin M. Fay

First Sergeant Fay is a native of New Jersey.  She graduated from Gateway High School in Kissimmee, Florida in 2007.  She enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and began recruit training in Oscar Company, 4th Recruit Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina in October 2007.  She was promoted to Private First Class upon graduation in January 2008.  She then attended Marine Combat Training, Camp Geiger, North Carolina in February 2008.  Upon completion of Marine Combat Training in March 2008, she reported to Personnel Administration School in Camp Johnson, North Carolina. 
 
In April 2008 Private First Class Fay was meritoriously promoted to Lance Corporal and transferred to Headquarters and Service Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina.  Lance Corporal Fay was promoted to Corporal in March 2010.  From May 2008 until December 2011, Corporal Fay served as an Administrative Specialist at the Installation Personnel Administrative Center and the Recruit Administrative Center. 
 
In January 2012, Corporal Fay reported to Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 364, Camp Pendleton, California.  She served as an Administrative Specialist from January 2012 until August 2013.  In April 2012 she was promoted to Sergeant.  During this time she deployed on the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit from September 2012 until May 2013.
 
In August 2013 Sergeant Fay reported to Weapons and Field Training Battalion, Edson Range, Camp Pendleton, California.  She served as a Marksmanship Coach, Combat Marksmanship Trainer and Primary Marksmanship Instructor from August 2013 until December 2014.  Sergeant Fay was assigned to Site Support Greensboro, North Carolina, I-I duty in December 2014.  She served as an Administrative Specialist and Administrative Chief from December 2014 until December 2017.  She was promoted to Staff Sergeant in December 2015.
 
Staff Sergeant Fay then transferred to Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 533, Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina in December 2017.  She served as an Administrative Chief from December 2017 until June 2020.  During this time she deployed on the Unit Deployment Program from March 2018 until September 2018.  She was promoted to Gunnery Sergeant in February 2019.
 
Gunnery Sergeant Fay transferred to Support Battalion, Recruit Training Regiment, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina in August 2020 where she served as an Administrative Chief until August 2021 and served as the Inbound Administrative Chief for the Installation Personnel Administrative Center, Headquarters and Service Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina until October 2021. 

Gunnery Sergeant Fay transferred to 2d Marine Raider Support Battalion, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina in December 2021 where she served as an Administrative Chief until January 2023.  In January 2023 she was promoted to the rank of First Sergeant.

First Sergeant Fay is currently serving as the Company First Sergeant for Combat Logistics Company 21, MCAS Cherry Point, NC.
   
First Sergeant Fay's personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with three gold stars in lieu of 4th award and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with four gold stars in lieu of 5th award.
