CNATT Sergeant Major
Sergeant Major Lucinda D. Bell

Sergeant Major Bell arrived at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island, South Carolina on February 2000 and graduated as a meritorious Lance Corporal from the 4th Recruit Training Battalion May 2000.  Following graduation, she checked into Marine Combat Training on the May 2000 and graduated on June 2000.  Sergeant Major Bell then reported to Meriden, Mississippi for Aviation Supply Course.  She graduated September 2000 obtaining the MOS of 6672, Aviation Supply Specialist.

Sergeant Major Bell reported to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 39, Marine Corps Air Station, Camp Pendleton, California for duty September 2000. She was promoted to Corporal on March 2001.  Serving as the Non-commissioned Officer in Charge of Consumable Control Branch she was in direct support of flight line ready and coast to coast support.  She also served as a direct liaison between Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 39 Marines and Reservist Marines from Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 42 during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Sergeant Major Bell also attended the Ground Safety Course and obtained the MOS of 8912. While attached to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 39, Sergeant Major Bell was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Sergeant in August 2003.

Sergeant Major Bell detached from Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 39 in February 2004 and attached to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16 as an augment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon completion of the deployment Sergeant Major Bell returned back to her parent command Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 39 in September 2004. She was then FAP to Marine Air Group 39 Fiscal February 2005.

In December 2006 Sergeant Major Bell reported to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 31 Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina. During this period Sergeant Major Bell served as the Repairable Control Branch warehouse chief where she supported, did pack-ups and maintained a warehouse of aircraft parts for all deploying Squadrons in Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 31. Sergeant Major Bell was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant March 2007.  She was then reassigned to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 31 S-3 to serve in the billet of Training NCOIC.

In July 2008, Sergeant Major Bell attended Drill Instructor School and graduated in September 2008.  She was assigned to the 4th Recruit Training Battalion, Oscar Company where she served in the billets of Drill Instructor, Experienced Drill Instructor, Senior Drill Instructor, Chief Drill Instructor, Narrator and Company First Sergeant.  Sergeant Major Bell was subsequently promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant in February of 2011.

Sergeant Major Bell received orders to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 11, San Diego, California December 2011. While attached to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 11 she held the billets of Repairable Control Branch SNCOIC, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 11 Operations Chief, Supply Response Division SNCOIC, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 11 Squadron Gunnery Sergeant and Supply Accounting Division SNCOIC.

In February 2016, Sergeant Major Bell was promoted to First Sergeant and was assigned to Weapons and Field Training Battalion, Parris Island, South Carolina. In April 2018 Sergeant Major Bell was reassigned to Fourth Recruit Training Battalion, Parris Island, South Carolina. In June 2019 Sergeant Major Bell received orders to 8TH Engineer Support Battalion, Camp LeJeune, North Carolina.  In January 2021 Sergeant Major Bell received temporary assigned duty orders to Combat Logistics Regiment 27, Combat Logistics Battalion 22 where she served as the battalion Sergeant Major.  

In December 2021 SgtMaj Bell was promoted to her current rank and was assigned to Center For Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) Cherry Point, North Carolina where she currently serves.
