Introducing the new series: “Breaking the ICE,” where Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point leaders take a moment to address Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system comments from the community. In this episode, MCAS Cherry Point Commanding Officer, Col. Mikel Huber, and MCAS Cherry Point Installation Sergeant Major, Sgt. Maj. Paul Mcelearney, go on-location and respond to comments about the base theater, bowling alley, activities around the installation and more. The series is an opportunity to hear command perspectives on the variety of topics presented in customer submissions. The ICE system allows customers to provide feedback to service provides they have encountered at military installations and related facilities around the world. It is designed to improve customer service by allowing managers to monitor the satisfaction levels, good or bad, of services provided through reports and customer comments.
