U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Zachary R. Van Dusen, a Corporal’s Leadership Course (CLC) instructor, leads CLC students in a physical training exercise at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Feb. 25, 2019. While assigned the billet of CLC instructor, he said he is able to do what he is passionate about, helping Marines daily. As an instructor, Van Dusen has the opportunity to mold students in the course through various classes on leadership and helping push them during physical training.
