Ariana Hughes shows off her newly acquired firefighter helmet while coloring with her sister Sanoah Hughes and mom, Brenda Hughes. The family joined their Marine and others at Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 366’s family day, labeled “Hammerhead Day,” at the Shady Grove picnic area on the air station Saturday. There were hot dogs and burgers, cookie decorating and coloring stations, bounce houses, an MCAS fire truck display, a Marine and Family Programs booth, a dunking booth and never-before displayed photos of the squadron’s deployment to Afghanistan.
