Sanborn, commanding officer of Marine Aircraft Group 14, heralds the addition of the Improved Capability III system to the EA-6B Prowler during a ceremony in Marine Transport Squadron 1’s hangar, May 13. “The ICAP III represents a revolutionary leap in capability for electronic warfare,” Flock said. “Not only does it provide increased electronic warfare jamming capabilities, it provides increased capabilities in integrating the airplane with the battlefield.”
