Alesha Burkeen, a family readiness trainer aboard Cherry Point, introduces the L.I.N.K.S. for Kids class to Creekside Elementary School, Feb. 12. Some topics covered during the visit were Marine Corps history and traditions, the emotional stressors of deployment, frequent moving, and how to be active in the community.
