MARINE CORPS AIR STATION CHERRY POINT, N.C. (November 9, 2007) – All-Navy forward Seaman Devon Wilson lays up the ball past All-Air Force Defenders center Tech Sgt. William Griffith (Number 35) and guard Airman 1st Class Johnny Hernandez (Number 32) during game 10 of the Armed Forces Men's Basketball Championship. Wilson is stationed at Strike Force Training Command Atlantic, Norfolk, Va. Griffith is an Olney, Md. native and is stationed at Eielson Air Force Base, Ak. Hernandez is a Chester, Va. native and is stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C. The Armed Forces Men’s Basketball Championships were held at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C. Nov. 3-8. The All-Air Force team took home the Gold Medal and was undefeated with a final record of 6-0. The All-Marine team took home the Silver Medal, with a final record of 3-3.
