MARINE CORPS AIR STATION CHERRY POINT, N.C. -- Liam Fortin examines a stuffed animal’s nose during a kindergartner’s visit to Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point Feb. 23. More than 100 children from Arthur W. Edwards Elementary School came to the clinic to learn about nine different sections including Radiology and Pediatrics. “I feel that it helps the kids learn about what it takes to stay healthy so they do not have to visit us much,” said Laurie Varner, the public affairs officer for the clinic. “Plus it helps them to not fear the doctors.”
