The competition heats up during the chef of the quarter

Participants faced off in this year’s first Chef of the Quarter competition at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Feb. 28, 2020. Each chef prepared and presented a meal inspired by different corners of the world to a panel of judges to see who would move on to the Chef of the Year competition later this year. This quarter, U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Christopher Espinlomas a food service specialist assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, won top vote.
