Lance Cpl. Christopher Duffy handcuffs Cpl. Scott Wareham after being sprayed with Oleoresin Capsicum, a potent pepper spray-like chemical at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C, March 6, 2015. Marines with the Provost Marshal’s Office must complete the exercise while under the effects of OC spray in order to pass the Block training course. Duffy is a student with PMO, and is a native of Ashlyn, Ohio; Wareham is a military policeman and a native of Delanco, N.J., both with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron.
